Chi Ki Class

How You Can Benefit

With our Chi Ki Class, an Okinawa-Te version of Tai Chi, participants can embrace this low impact, breathing, stretching and strengthening (ideal for rehabilitation) exercise which provides a method to channel and create an internal atmosphere where our minds will find the opportunity to embrace a sort after place of heavenly calmness, peace and oneness. We use only the best and most advanced teaching methods to activate the minds of our participants, and help them absorb all of the information presented.
